Prices indicated on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars. Unless there is a manifest error, acceptance of your order constitutes your agreement to pay the price displayed on this website. We endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which point you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it were cancelled.

When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. When we send you an email confirming that the item has been dispatched, it means that your order has been accepted and your contract with us has been completed. Only the items listed in the confirmation email sent when the item is shipped are included in the contract.

We reserve the right not to accept orders for any reason in our sole discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

a) The item you ordered was out of stock, or was withdrawn because it did not meet our quality standards or because one or all of the items ordered were subject to delivery restrictions.

b) We found the price or product description to be wrong

c) We were unable to obtain payment authorization

If there are any issues with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery and Pickup

When you place an order on the site, you will be prompted with an expected delivery time. Our team will try our best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.

We insure each order in transit until the item is delivered or picked up. When picking up the item, you will need to sign the Item Pickup Confirmation. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the merchandise. If the pick-up person is not the original purchaser, or the delivery is a gift, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and that we have completed your order, and accept the transfer of related responsibilities. We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at our sole discretion without prior notice.

return the goods

We want to give you the best possible online shopping experience, so we have a free, no-question return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return the item for a full refund.

a) Customers can return the item within 7 days after ordering.

b) Returned items must be in their original condition: i.e. unworn/used, in undamaged original branded boxes and bags, with all price tags intact.

If you wish to return an item, please complete the return form you received at delivery and return the item with the original packaging to our address. If you do not keep the purchase form, please call our customer service team and we will email you a replacement.

Please note that there are no refundable shipping charges for returns.
